The ethics behind human cloning is the big focus point of the whole experiment. A pope from Arlington Catholic Herald wrote an article explaining the catholic views on human cloning. He explains how even though the church finds cloning wrong he states, "We must respect the unborn child as a person whose life is sacred and whose rights must be protected. A child has the inviolable right to life from the moment of conception until natural death" (Saunders). Organ harvesting would become a reality if cloning became a reality. You would simply send in your DNA and 3-6 months later you would get your desired organ and your clone would be used for other procedures, put up for adoption (if an essential organ was not taken), or buried in the ground if the organ that was taken was to essential (Dovey).
